I was travellig solo and stayed at the location for 12 days. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great mattress. Perfect for a single person or a couple. There is an additional bed next to the main bed and a rollout bed stored in the liingroom closet to accomodated more people. The washer / dryer was helpful. The dedicated parking space was very convenient. The location was close to shopping, and downtown life. It met my expectations.

Great location on a quiet side street near Route 1. Lovely apartment. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe, comfortable, with pretty much everything I could need or want. Publix Supermarket, CVS and Walgreens just down the road.

Overall good. Some minor issues. No shampoo. Shower slippery. No bathroom cleaner. No linens for futon, bigger issue. No cooking oil or spray. Not .25 miles from Atlantic ave, Approximately 1.2
