About this house rental
Traditional and cozy house, built in one of the first subdivisions on the bay of Pichilingue, with spectacular views, it has 5 rooms with air conditioning and each one with its own bathroom.
-Pool with sun loungers, with panoramic views of the Pichilingue bay

-Equipped kitchen.
* The house is 100% functional, and has wonderful and unique views, however IT IS AN OLD HOUSE.
We offer house breakfast service for an extra cost of $150 per person.
This house has air conditioning in the 5 bedrooms (3 of them are old, and 2 mini splits, all work perfectly), flat screen cable TV in the common area and kitchen with refrigerator and oven. Towels and bed linen are provided.

We stayed at this place because of its location. It had great proximity to downtown and other attractions. The breakfast service was superb and "Cintia" was a great host. We used this Vrbo mainly for sleeping and going out to adventure. The communication and recommendation from the host were excellent. The access road is very deteriorated and the inside of the house needs upgrading. But we felt very safe and the other highlights does not take away from the overall experience. If you are not looking for resort decoration or styles, then this is recommended. An appropriate rating would be 4.5. Enjoy your stay

La atencion por todos los involucrados desde el momento de confirmada la reservacion fue excelente.
Ya una vez llegando, nos recibio Olivia, la ubicacion y vista de la casa es excelente, la alberca una delicia, los espacios comunes abiertos nos permitian convivir sin problema siendo que eramos 15 personas. Las habitaciones todas cuentan con su propio baño y refrigeracion. El desayuno que se incluye fue variado y muy rico, el sazon de Olivia muy bien.
La unica sugerencia que podria dar seria tratar de tener un baño para cuando se esta en la alberca, ya que de esta manera hay que entrar a algunas de las habitaciones, mojados.
