About this house rental
This 3500sf home is nestled in the gated Golden Isles area of Hallandale. The upper-scale area is peaceful and quiet yet just minutes from Hallandale Beach, Aventura mall, Mardi Gras and Hard Rock Casinos, and lots of shops and restaurants.
The waterfront house is perfect to come either with friends or family for a relaxing weekend or holiday.
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The waterfront 5 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom is located in the Golden Isles section of Hallandale Beach Florida. Golden Isles is a private and gated neighborhood with upper-class and high-end homes. Most of the homes in the area are quiet and peaceful residents living in their homes and some are short-term rentals. Neighbors expect residents to respect the peacefulness and not to disturb by being loud or wild.
ABOUT THE HOUSE:
A circular large driveway is easy to accommodate guests' cars if you are more than 2-3.
Ground floor, as you walk into the house:
Forward-right is the dining room with a large square glass table with 8 chairs to seat 8 comfortably.
Forward-left is the first (smaller) living room with 2 grey couches and 2 blue chairs facing a 58" smart TV.
On the left side of the house along the hallway:
Half bathroom, bedroom number 1 with a queen bed, smart TV, closet, and a grey chair, full bathroom in the hallway, and finally the master bedroom (BR number 2) with one king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and a blue chair. The room also has sliding glass doors to access the backyard/pool area.
On the right side of the house along the hallway:
To the immediate right is the stairs to the upstairs (see below for the layout upstairs). Past the stairs, the next room is the romal and large living room with a large sectional couch with 2 blue chairs. The room also has a bar table with 2 bar stools.
To the right of the living room are the laundry room and the garage (soon to be completed game room).
To the left of the living room, there are the sliding glass doors that take you to the backyard deck/pool areas.
Behind the living room (also to the side of the dining room) is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also overlooks the backyard and waterfront.
Upstairs:
To the immediate right is the workstation with an all-white office chair and table.
forward is the full bathroom with 2 sinks, a tub, a toilet, and a steam shower.
Forward left is bedroom number 3, which features a king bed, large walk-in closet, a window overlooking the waterview, and a TV.
To the immediate left, a hallway to bedroom number 4 and number 5. Both rooms have a queen bed, a dresser, a night table with lamps, and a TV.
Backyard:
The backyard is fairly large with a spacious deck space. On the deck, there is a large outdoor table with 6 chairs, 5 stool chairs facing the kitchen window with a wide counter. Outside alongside the house is a cozy area relaxing area, still under the room with ceiling fans, there is a 5 piece outdoor seating area with cushions and a large coffee table with a smart TV mounted on the house wall. Closer to the pool there are 8 pool chairs and 2 hanging "egg-shaped" chairs and a small coffee table.
The pool:
The pool is large and the entrances with stairs are on both ends with 2 shallows with the center of the pool being the deep-end. The pool has a heater and filter.
The Seawall:
The seawall was recently redone and has plenty of space to move around and to get in and out of a boat.
ABOUT THE AREA (HALLANDALE):
Hallandale in general is in a very central location.
Within 1-2 miles of Hallandale Beach, there are The Big Easy Casino, Gulfstream Racetrack, Walmart, Winn Dixie, Publix, Starbucks, and a bunch of other small shops like nail parlors, cleaners, and a UPS store.
US-1, as well as US I-95, are also in the area.
Hollywood Beach is 4 miles away. Miami Beach is 20 miles away.

I would definitely recommend. We had just a couple of hiccups with towels and ants that were quickly remedied. David was quick to send Martin to respond. Part of the house is update and part not, but it’s still in good shape. Spacious with good gathering areas for larger groups. Would just recommend owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas as you can’t bring those on flights. Also, more specific info in the “house binder” of things that visitors would find useful. For a bonus, a paddle board would be a big attraction since the house is right on a canal.
