It is less than 2 blocks to local favorite Kamaole Beach #1 which has lifeguards and bathrooms. I've been to this complex many times, but this unit really impressed me with its cleanliness and stylish decor. The view is breathtaking. It's got everything you need and clearly has been well taken care of—couldn't ask for more!

Was really great place. Clean. Well furnished and everything needed for a day put at beach and picnic was available. Location was fantastic.
Checkin process was very difficult though. The complex had alot of levels and zig zagging. So was extremely difficult to find the apartment from the parking while checking in. Took us 40 minuted to find the right apartment moving up and down the stairs carrying the stuff. The directions in the email were not enough.

This is a very nice property with great amenities and view. Well located in the Kihei area, it is an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants.
Only draw back we noticed and experienced is that it would be difficult for anyone with disabilities to access easily due to the placement of the elevator in relation to the unit and sets of stairs getting to the actual entrance of the condo itself. We were not aware of this when we booked.
