Stayed 10 days. Very good location, very clean, quiet.

This property is a little gem, about 1 block from the beach. Everything was easy, easy parking, easy to cook, easy to jump in warm pool, easy to sleep in the comfortable bed and easy walk to the beach access. It has everything you need at hand. The owners are responsive and helpful. Check out Yuma Thai for clean and yummy food in walking distance. There is a little grocery on the same lot where you can get basic items if you don't feel like driving.

I am a stickler for cleanliness and this place was soo clean! It made my heart (and my ocd) happy lol. We had a great stay. This unit is very comfortable, ground level, perfect amount of space for two - prob even three. There is an enormous super comfy and supportive sectional in the living room/dining room. Kitchen is cute and has just enough space. Fabulous bathroom, loved the shower for both size and water pressure. Bed was supportive too, it does make a little noise I’m not sure if it’s the box spring or the headboard but it didn’t bother us much and we slept so great. There is a pool out in the courtyard. It’s a 2 minute walk to beach. Plenty of parking. This complex is like your quintessential old Florida motel renovated into condos. I would stay again for sure!

We had a few minor issues with some broken beach chairs and a missing parking pass when we arrived, but these were quickly taken care of by our host. We love this property so much we have stayed here for the last 4 years in 4 different units and have throughly enjoyed all of them. We will definately be back!!
