This adorable shared house in Sacramento is the perfect cozy retreat for guests.
HOUSE RULES AND HELPFUL INFORMATION.
WELCOME
- This is 1 master bed Room with private bath rent other common areas are shared.
- It is a Self-check-in, with the keypad, check in information will be provided the day of your check in.
- Please check all items before using them. Report immediately if there are any damages or losses as soon as possible.
- A legal copy of your USA Driver’s license is required, ID, Or PASSPORT TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY. If international - Passport is required.
- Nightly rates are for 2 guests only max/ per night.
- The external house is protected through the surveillance security camera system agent at all 36o degrees. All Cameras are 100% outside
- DO NOT TOUCH CAMERAS, SMOKE DETECTORS, OR ANY SENSORS. Do not UNPLUG ANY PLUGGED OUTLETS ....CTC. If this happens and we called someone to come and repair or fix it, you will be liable for the costs.
- External camera locations are (at the front, on the side, in the backyard, and on the other side of the house street, driveway street)
- Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the house
- the house code for access will be provided on the day of your check-in day couple of hours before your check-in.
- Remember to close and lock the front door always. It is automatically controlled and operated, if we see for any reason unlocked, We will go ahead and lock it for you. But if “when it is unlocked “, someone gets in the house and you lose items or the house owner lost anything, “you will be responsible” even though the neighborhood is very safe.
- At the pool, for kids' safety, NO KIDS ARE ALLOWED UNATTENDED (under 18 years old) The pool is your own risk. Please leave your kids away from the pool if they can’t Swim.
- There is no lifeguard, you and your family are 100% responsible for the pool usage. children must be attended at anytime.
- No drugs or any illegal activities in the house. No smoking inside the property, If management or host notice any drugs, smell or suspicious activities in the room, host has right to access the room and ask the guest what is going on. If guest is not cooperative, cops will be called and you will be terminated right away.
- any part of the house is shared, so please be responsible after your mess, as for the next guest is going to use after you. thank you.
- NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY AT ALL WHAT SO EVER, Other guests must rest and enjoy the property as well.
- If neighbors complain about your noise, and you don't stop after the warning, we will terminate your stay. So please respect the other guests, neighbors and the neighborhood's quietness.
- Host must be notified of any additional guests, no surprises as our cameras are active and recording outside.
- Unauthorized guests ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SWIMM unless they pay. If you want them to swim there is a $69/person/day charge.
- NO DRINKS, GLASSES, OR FOOD BY THE POOL. Breaking the rules will be subject to additional charges or immediate termination.
- If the management or the owner is not comfortable with the guest for any reason, and the guest is not cooperating or not responding to solve the issues, the Management/ owner has the right to terminate the contract or to take a legal action, call the cops and remove the guest.
- Neighbors are not allowed to enter the property for any reason.
- Refusing to cooperate with all the house rules will cause legal action, termination, or no access to the property.
