Victorian house with kitchen and living and dining space on first floor and bedrooms and full bathroom on second floor. Fully renovated inside and out. Located in heart of Orlando half a block to the court house, walking distance to Lake Eola.

Lovely restored Victorian. Everything spotless. Kitchen very nice. Large wrap-around porch for coffee in the morning. Central location - we walked to Lake Eola, and the central business district for the event we were in town for, Owners responsive - although we didn't really need anything - it was all handled.

The property listed that it had two bathrooms but there was only 1 full bath and a half bath. There was also a ant infestation in the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful place and wonderful location.
