OCEAN & MOUNTAIN VIEWS! lUQUILLO BEACH BEAUTY, PARKING,POOL!

Great condo! Very well stocked with anything you may need. Very clean. Great views, great amenities. You can access the beach from the complex. The security guards are very sweet and helpful. Gia offered many recommendations for us, and the kiosks did not disappoint! Very pleased and will definitely stay here again!

First let me start by saying this property and the location is absolutely amazing. You have an ocean view right from your balcony. A whole beach view! The water is crystal blue most of the time too. Elevators worked great.Yes there are 2 (technically 3) beds. One huge queen/king bed in the bedroom (and a TV). In the livingroom there are actually 2 full size beds. The couch itself is a perfrect bed and another pulls out.TV also in the livingroom. I slept in the livingroom, and did not even have to pull the second bed out. It was perfectly comfortable and big enough for me and I'm 6ft 185lbs. The house was clean and came with everything. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen had everything you would need for an extended stay. There is a full size washer and dryer which was a life saver! Full bathroom and walk in shower, which at the beach is a must haha.There is a huge pool and kiddie pool, and tennis/basketball courts. Easy, simple walking access to the beach, right in your back yard. There is another beach 2 min drive down the road, also extremely beautiful.The place is completely secured, gated and has security guards. They were totally friendly and let us know all the rules. Food, and groceries all in walking distance. We could not have asked for a better spot, and I am extremely picky and require things to be "nice" and this place was it. I absolutely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

I hesitate to even give a review because we did not actually end up staying at the location. However, I wish reviews had been available when I originally booked. Our first impression started with the elevator inside the building, it was very dirty and felt unsafe. Inside the condo felt clean and the decor/furniture was as pictured. It was much smaller inside than we anticipated though. The pictures make the rooms appear much larger than they actually are. The refrigerator can not open fully because it hits the washing machine across from it. This is not obvious in the pictures. The view of the ocean was nice but the vibe of the outside common area did not feel safe or clean. I reached out to the host to share my concerns and let her know that we would not be staying after all. I did not request a refund but I thought maybe she would at least care and would offer to return the cleaning fee since we were not staying. Instead she told me that maybe I should have booked a larger apartment. In the description it says comfortably can fit four people. We were only two adults and one petite 9 year old child and still did not feel we could have the space we needed. We didn't even have a place to put our luggage inside the bedroom because it was too small. Overall we were very disappointed that we had to book a last minute resort that cost us a lot of money on top of what we had already paid for the apartment that we didn't end up staying in.
