A Welcoming Family Home with Breathtaking ViewsOur stay at this wonderful property in the Great Neck section of Ipswich was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the stunning views of the water—it truly served as the perfect, peaceful backdrop for our getaway.The property was impeccably clean and tidy upon our arrival. What really sets this place apart is the undeniable specialness of the family house. It radiates a warm, inviting energy and sweet charm that you simply cannot find in a standard rental; it felt like a true home away from home.Finally, we cannot say enough good things about our host, Jeff. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, communicating easily and ensuring we had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our time at the house.We would highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone looking for a memorable retreat in Ipswich, and we hope to return!

Our host was welcoming and made himself available if we needed him. The house was the just right fit for us and in an unbelievably beautiful spot. We loved using the fireplace and enjoyed exploring the area. A great stay!

Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, with a sandy beach steps away. Jeff (host) was incredibly kind and responsive. The house has very comfortable bedrooms with a downstairs open floor plan to not feel crowded at all. (We had 6 adults and 1 infant). The quaint downtown of Ipswich is a short drive. Highly recommended.

This house was perfect! It was on the water with a great beach area, plenty of space for the 7 of us, with great amenities. My grandchildren were with us ages 8 down to 8 months. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus (if needed) with little ones. The dishwasher was great, as well. The house and grounds were pristine. There was a great little playground down the street which the kids enjoyed. With close proximity to Salem, Gloucester, and Rockport, we had plenty to do. Our host was easy to communicate with and lived in close proximity to our rental. My daughters and grandchildren want to go back and stay in the same place and further explore the Cape Ann area. We loved it. You can't go wrong with the Anchor Inn property!
