Welcome to the Petite Palmetto at True Blue golf club. This top and third floor condo, with a vaulted living/dining room ceiling, overlooks the 17th tee and offers a refreshed interior with updated furniture, fixtures, and amenities – all of which have been selected to offer a bright, relaxing, and luxe environment. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two, twin XL beds.

Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee machine (K cups provided), dishwasher (cleaning pods provided), ice maker, and washer/dryer (wash pods provided). Screened-in porch with patio furniture. Access to multiple pools (one pool is open year round; other pools are seasonal April 1 - September 30; pools not heated), hot tubs, and tennis courts. One pool is steps away. Steve Dresser golf academy is around the corner. Caledonia Golf and Fish Club is across the street. A seven minute drive takes you to the beach. Linens included. Professionally cleaned.

Extras include Huntington Beach pass, beach chairs, beach tent, beach umbrella, pool noodles, body boards, 52 quart cooler, 25 quart cooler, and bocce set.

Hi speed internet and Wi-Fi, 55” smart TV in the living room and 43” smart TVs in each bedroom. Cable TV in the living room and bedrooms with movie channels including HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, and Encore.

Rule summary. Please read before booking. Three night minimum (HOA rules). Prohibited on property between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am are vehicles, such as, but not limited to, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, campers, trailers, boats, ATV’s and golf carts. Commercial vehicles are prohibited unless actively working on property (all HOA rules). Third floor (no elevator). Smoke free environment. No smoking in the condo or on the patio. Residual smoke odor constitutes a house rule violation subject to fine. See rental agreement for complete rules.
