About this apartment rental
Luxuriously appointed home, intentionally limited occupancy to six ppl to protect the property, with 2 block walk to center street, 30 yard walk to the ocean, off street private parking, extremely well equipped kitchen, hot tub and 8' pool table. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. We apologize for not being able to accept pets.

Due to the current Heat Advisory and unusually high outdoor temperatures, I am advising and recommending that you refrain from using the hot tub until weather conditions and outdoor temperatures have improved.
Exposure to high outdoor temperatures combined with hot-tub use may increase the risk of overheating, dehydration, dizziness, fainting, or other heat-related illness.
At your request, the hot tub is being filled and made available in accordance with the rental amenities; however, its availability should not be interpreted as a recommendation that it is safe or advisable to use during the current extreme heat conditions.
If you nevertheless choose to use the hot tub, please exercise caution, remain well hydrated, avoid alcohol, limit your exposure, and discontinue use immediately if you experience dizziness, weakness, nausea, headache, unusual sweating, faintness, or any other signs of overheating.
For your safety, my recommendation as the property owner/host is that you do not use the hot tub while the current Heat Advisory and extreme temperatures remain in effect.

Overall we had a great stay. The house location is perfect, steps from the beach, short walk into shops/restaurants and a quick drive to Charleston. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and laundry were in nice shape, and lots of cool artwork. We were disappointed by the hot tub, it lost water rapidly and didn’t maintain hot temperatures. The hoses outside were all split which made cleaning sandy feet from the beach difficult. The house electrical also needed improvements as more than half the lights didn’t work or had dead bulbs. Some basic items missing like a can opener, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies. All in all a good place to stay which could be super awesome with some more TLC.
