Entire Condo with Ocean View – Enjoy one of the best beaches in the United States. This condo has been completely remodeled in 2021; it is ideal for couples and working professionals. With a modern beach décor and a simple layout, our condo will provide all you need for a short or long-term dream vacation. Located on the 10th floor of Origin condominium, you can enjoy all resort amenities and the fantastic ocean view. Come to check it out!
Bedroom:
King size bed with premium mattress and pillows for an extremely comfortable sleep, Smart QLED TV 55", spacious closet, separate bathroom access, garment steamer.
Living room:
Queen Sleeper Sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress, Smart QLED TV 65”, lounge chair.
Business center with comfortable chair and desk, 27” LCD monitor, desk lamp.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen (Perfect for long-term stays)
Drip in and instant pod coffee makers, electric oven, blender, toaster. You will find soap, dishwasher pods, towel, coffee pods, creamer, and sugar as well.
Bathroom:
Shower, 3 sets of towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer, straightening iron.
Balcony:
a set of 2 chairs/table and a breathtaking view
Laundry Room:
washer/dryer, cleaning supplies, beach chairs/umbrella for your use
Common area/ Resort access:
Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Grill located-4th floor, sunset decks-15th floor, movie theater in the lobby. All amenities are free access exclusively for guests with wristbands (provided in the apartment)
Outdoor/ Parking:
We have exclusive beach access in front of the building; Two free parking permits will be provided in the apartment; one is for the main garage and the other for the overflow parking lot.

This property exceeded all expectations. Amazing location!! Property looks just like it does in pictures. It has everything you could possibly need. Decorated so nicely! Such a relaxing place to stay. Will definitely be renting again on my next trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Owners were available for any questions or concerns. Super easy to check in and out. Property was beautiful and well stocked with needed items. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a condo to stay in.
