3 bed, 2 Bath Cheerful home in Historic District

House was easy to get to and simple to check into once door code was received from host (I had to request it the day before arrival). House was spacious and relatively clean. House was nicely furnished inside and patio furniture was good. Backyard was very nice, though we did not utilize it much during our trip. Neighbor's rooster wakes up early and trains are easily heard.There was no guest check-in/out info at the house and had to contact the host repeatedly to get the wi-fi info. Very slow to respond to messages through VRBO app. Alternate contact info for host was at the house.We had to purchase a cheap shower curtain for our stay to keep the water from leaving the shower by the back bedroom as well as a small light for the front bathroom shower area.

We stayed for some baseball spring training games and hiking. The house worked out well and was in a good location. We loved walking to happy hour in historic Glendale.

It was very pleasant and a perfect location for me to everywhere I wanted to go. I was traveling alone with a child and felt very safe on a quiet street. Diego was easy to reach, too! It is on historic register but quaint. I will return.

Property was a nice older home, clean and everything worked. Waster pressure in second shower was low but still enough to remove soap/shampoo. The only thing that was unacceptable was its proximity to a train depot, train whistle were load late at night and early morning.
