All bedrooms & living spaces have TV's. Common area includes backyard with picnic table & BBQ pit. Great for short or long-term stays. Located in the Lavaca district, part of Southtown & just south of downtown San Antonio

My Daughter and I stayed at this lovely home. It was in walking distance of a walking/biking trail by the river that led to the River Walk area. This home was in a safe and quiet area of South town in San Antonio. The owner was responsive to my inquires. It was a short distance to most of the attractions like the Alamo. We would definitely return if we came back to San Antonio.

I spent the past three months at this place, and it truly felt like home. The neighbors were great, and the location was conveniently placed a few minutes from the city. I highly recommend booking this place if you want to live in the heart of San Antonio. The owner was very responsive and the cleaning crew every Monday was amazing. It's a comfortable place to be in.
