This rental is in very close proximity to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and Carabali Rainforest park.
All appliances are included in the rental along with washer and dryer, WIFI, and cable. Control the air conditioning from each bedroom to your individual liking. Kitchen and Livingroom have central air conditioning. Designated parking for 3 vehicles. Don’t miss out on a chance to wake up and sip your coffee while you swing on the hammock overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

Everything was great! Our only complaints were losing water a few times and electric on our last night but thats not owners fault.
Also, hot tub did not work properly.

The condo/apartment is really lovely. Plenty of space, easy to open windows and enjoy the Caribbean breezes. If you’re a birdwatcher you will love sitting on the balcony or rooftop and watching martins, kestrels, doves, and thrashers everywhere. The development is mostly abandoned which is odd, but it makes for a very quiet place to stay if you like avoiding crowds. Gorgeous views and only 30 min from the airport and 30 min from Fajardo, so much to do in this area. Would definitely stay here again!!

It true that the rooftop lounge has a great view & is the highlight of this condo. Otherwise, the rest of the place leaves much to be desired. I will start with the positives: the rooftop furniture & view were great. The condo includes a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach bags. The beds & linens were comfortable and the AC worked well. Location was excellent.Now for the negatives:This is a defunct condo complex, although it did feel safe. Most of the condos including the one below this one are missing windows and are uninhabitable. In this condo, 2 Light fixtures quit working, including the only light in the kitchen. When the owner was contacted, they moved the only plug-in lamp from the bedroom into the kitchen to fix the problem. The master bedroom lacked a closet. The closets in the other two rooms and the linen closet both smelled of mold. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, missing basic items like a spatula to flip eggs, or matching dishes or cups for eight people.There were no kitchen linens (pot holders, dish towels, etc.). Bath wash cloths were not provided, although no absorbent makeup clothes were. The water heater provided warm (not hot) water, and allowed for only one person to use warm water at a time (shower, dishes, or laundry).We went on this vacation with two other families who booked other condos in this complex. In comparison, their rentals were much more updated and nicer than this one, costing around the same price.
