About this house rental
Modern farm cottage located on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our farm scenery. Enjoy the relax scenery with our chickens, ducks and a rooster who roam the property freely. You will also encounter our lovable cat Meadow.
We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 4 guest max. If you need anything or there is a problem we are close by in the main house on the property.
We take great pride in our cottage.
Everything laundered and cleaned after each guest.
*Please note that there is an RV space located at the back of our 1-acre property, which may be occupied during your stay. The driveway is shared to allow access to this RV site. If you're interested in booking the RV spot as well, you can find it listed on Hipcamp under the name "Urban Edge RV Spot."

Simple but very well appointed. Good linens and bedding, all the essentials in the kitchen (yay for the electric kettle and real coffee maker!), furniture comfy, extra bedding available, beautiful windows and light, huge kitchen counter. Host gave great access instructions and directions. Would happily stay again. Feels out of the way and quiet but is near to town.

Great location, convienent to grocery stores and University. Loved the nice toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen was a great space for cooking - nice and clean and spacious.

Only one bath towel for 4 adults, toilet ran off and on all night, but overall nice property and very clean.

Nice rural setting, yet very near the town center. Appreciated the visits from the chickens.Cottage feels nearly new, very clean and well stocked. We wouldn't hesitate to book again next time we visit the Monmouth / Independence area.
