About this house rental

Modern farm cottage located on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our farm scenery. Enjoy the relax scenery with our chickens, ducks and a rooster who roam the property freely. You will also encounter our lovable cat Meadow.

We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 4 guest max. If you need anything or there is a problem we are close by in the main house on the property.
We take great pride in our cottage.
Everything laundered and cleaned after each guest.

*Please note that there is an RV space located at the back of our 1-acre property, which may be occupied during your stay. The driveway is shared to allow access to this RV site. Literally feels like being home. Everything is very well maintained in this home. The attention to detail is noticed in everything in this home. Well appointed kitchen. Clean bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Bathroom is very clean and perfect for the home. The main living area is super comfortable and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. My son and I stayed here for the second year for a football event at Western Oregon University. Its concenience to all restaurants and shopping cant be beat. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for opening this home to us. You make it feel like home.

Our stay was great from start to finish. Check in was easy, the place was clean and well furnished. We stayed to visit family in the area and the property was big enough for us to host Christmas. My granddaughter loved watching the chickens and deer walking around the backyard!

The home and property are beautiful! The house was so clean, and the location was in a quiet side street. The amenities in the home were perfect! We enjoyed having a full kitchen with a large table/counter to work with. What was hard was having a single bathroom for our family. It was good that we are all close family, so we managed. But if there was at least an additional half bathroom, it would have been helpful. Otherwise, this home was perfect! Having the washer and dryer was valuable. The morning animal visits were sweet. And the modern and practical features of this new home was great! Thank you for making our visit to Oregon so comfortable!

My husband and I stayed in this perfect little cottage while in the area for the Ironman. Loved the location as it was close to restaurants but still felt more rural. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the ducks and chickens wander around. We were also excited to see deer hop through the property! We would definitely recommend this listing and will stay here again if we return to the area!

My son and I stayed here for an event at Western Oregon University. It was perfect. The property was just as pictured on the listing. We attended the event and went around the town. I have family in McMinnville not too far away that we visited. We didnt go to any of the wineries in the area, but on 99 alone there were at least 10 that we passed. This would be a great point to be able to wine taste with ease. The rooms were nicely appointed. Beds comfortable and cozy with nice linens. The bathroom was perfectly sized and there is a tankless water heater which quickly warms the shower. We didnt cook at all in the place, but the kitchen did have everything you might need to cook nice meals. Living area was cozy with a nice sized tv. We will definitely stay again for this same event next year.

This is a beautiful property in a fun setting! The ducks and chickens visited us both mornings, to our delight, and we had deer in the yard, as well. We have stayed in many Airbnbs since 2011in the US, Europe, Africa, and Central America. This one is easily in the top three for cleanliness - absolutely spotless! Highly recommend!
