Discover the best of Denver (and Colorado!) with this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath home serving as your base! This property is located just 15 minutes north of Denver’s trendiest neighborhoods and popular attractions such as Coors Field, Broncos Stadium, Confluence Park, Downtown Denver, the Denver Zoo, and the Denver Art Museum. Major highways are not too far, meaning you can easily find your way to Boulder, Red Rocks, and the mountains beyond.
This sunny and spacious 2,000 SF home has plenty of room for you and your group to relax, entertain, and enjoy each other’s company. On the main level, you’ll find a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 shared bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a workspace, and the fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi is sure to support your group’s technology needs.
The basement level features a kitchenette, dining area, and plenty of entertainment space, which includes a TV, board games, and a shuffleboard table! You will also find 2 additional bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with a rain shower, and a laundry room.
Enjoy one of Denver’s famous 300 days of sunshine in the fenced backyard, where you can cook on the grill and share company on the patio dining space.
(If there is snow during your trip, you may opt for snow removal service, which will be expensed to you for $60/removal. (This is the price quoted to us through a contractor. We were so comfortable here, it was well worth a bit more of an investment. When booking I wanted to be sure to get a property that didn’t have concerning reviews, and this one won out, though we had to pay a bit more than I wanted. I’m so glad we did! There were many things we didn’t need to buy because the place was well-stocked. It felt more like a hotel than a rental home (In a good way) while still allowing us extra room to spread out for some quiet time or all eat together. I messaged Cindy about some things I wanted to be sure she could address before the next guest (not complaints, but didn’t want to be charged for keeping quiet about things that weren’t working for our visit) and they were addressed immediately, faster than I could believe. What a great house and host!

House was very clean and decorated nicely! The location was perfect for the wedding activities we were in town for! The host was very accommodating & responsive to questions! Would highly recommend!

Excellent property to have a good getaway weekend. We had seven people in our party and everyone had excellent accommodations and enough room for all.
