Please Please do NOT walk inside the unit with SHOES. The property is located on the 1st floor. Please take your shoes off at the entrance. Carpets are steam cleaned and washed. I will appreciate your co-operation in keeping my place clean. It’s a beautiful relaxing place please maintain the cleanliness and the keep the place clean. We came up for a last minute stay. Ra.an was extremely responsive, and accommodating to us. We have stayed in another unit previously. Raman's unit is exceptionally cozy! Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The sound of the river from the balcomy is perfect. We hope tobe back again in the future.

The unit is located within walking distance to many restaurants, bike and walking paths. The outdoor pool is very nice and clean. The views from the unit are spectacular.

My wife and I spent Presidents weekend at this unit. It was close to downtown Lincoln so we could walk to a lot of places. Plenty of places nearby for meals and coffee. If you don’t want to leave the unit it is well stocked so you can cook there.
