About this campground/ rv resort rental
For all rodeo fans or livestock travelers there are stables and pens available for an additional fee on the property. Very quiet area on gated property. Guest will have remote access. Pets welcome. Near lakes and Yosemite , near shopping and hospitals. Guests are allowed use of gated pool m-f 5pm-10pm, weekends til 10pm. Guests are responsible for their pets, if guest is not here pet must be in kennel (on site). Guests are to only use toilet paper provided to prevent clogging, if not guest will be charged for any work necessary. Quiet time is 10pm and smoking is allowed outside trailer only.

The property was easy to find. Melissa showed us the trailer and amenities. She was very nice and helpful.
The trailer was rougher than expected but overall was a great stay. We really appreciated the pool, fire pit and the ac.
We used the outside seating whenever we could. The ac is really loud so the tv in the bedroom was nice.
They provide, soap, towels, dishes, anything you could need for a kitchen. They provided bbq items and wood for fires. They also had a closet with some games and corn hole.
The privacy was nice too.

This was just what the family needed. Melissa and Tony were awesome host. It was quiet and secluded. My kids really enjoyed the pool.. it was a little dirty the first day but the next day it had gotten cleaned out and was perfect for swimming. My husband gave thumbs up for a Father's day get away...

We are moving across the country and needed a place to stay near Fresno. The trailer was perfect for us! Our car was overflowing with belongings and we loved feeling that our things were safe just staying in the car since it was parked next to the trailer and the whole property is fenced. The closeness of the car made for quick loading and unloading - an essential when traveling far each day and with four kids and two guinea pigs! If coming through Fresno again, we wouldn’t hesitate staying again.
