The house was exceptionally nice & clean. The airport pick up included in the price was on time & efficient. Our driver stopped at grocery store on way to the property so we could pick up a few staples like coffee, beer & water. We had requested golf carts to be delivered to the house by arrival & they were there waiting for us. We were meet by caretaker, Jose, & his wife Noelia, who provided thorough information about the property & the area. Our golf carts were clean & in very good condition. We had a wonderful meal at home this first night. We used the tour guide company recommended by the property manager, Ali Mermaid Adventures & they went above & beyond for 3 FULL days of Belizean fun. They will be reviewed separately. My only complaint is the dock is completely unusable. Damaged quite badly. You can't even get onto it from land. We had arranged for fishing guides to pick us up there & for Parasailing to take off right from our property. We were not informed or warned about this. It wasn't until we went out to the dock that evening to "drop a pin" for our fishing guide the next morning that we discovered this wasn't possible. We feel we should have been warned. We were able to use adjacent docks at the nearby Dive Shop but required us to haul equipment down there. We cancelled the Parasailing as we didn't want to travel all the way into town for this. We have heard that repair of the dock is in the near future plans. The pool was a nice bonus!

Awesome place to stay, highly recommend. Jose and Noelia were amazing.

Everything was fine, We had different activities scheduled daily, but also enjoyed plenty of time in and relaxing around the pool. Noelia did make us a very delicious authentic dinner including upside down pineapple cake.After a long day touring the caves and Mayan ruins in the rain, her lovely warm homemade meal was Perfect!!The grounds and the pool area were always attended to daily by Jose. The place was charming and the hosts were lovely.

Such an amazing place! We were two families with 4 teens and the separate living spaces were so nice! It is a bit of a drive into town, but there are restaurants and a market nearby and the kitchen is well equipped. One thing we were not expecting was the clear expectation to leave tips for the Jose and the house cleaner. There were envelopes with names on them in all three living quarters. Because there were such high service and cleaning fees already, we were surprised by this. It would be nice to mention that in the listing as it was an additional expense we had not expected. We would absolutely stay here again!
