Relax at the Luau in Sandestin in this 12th floor corner unit with a wraparound balcony offering beach, bayside, and stunning sunset views. The Luau offers its guests free parking, a lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, high speed WiFi, fitness center and a Sunset Deck w/panoramic views of the emerald coast towards 30A and Destin. Only 250 yds from the pristine sugar white sand beaches and tranquil water of the Emerald Coast, and 5 min ride to Baytowne Wharf—a village w/dining, family entertainment & nightlife.
This Luau I corner unit overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, the Luau’s lagoon-style pool, Baytowne Golf course, the Choctawhatchee Bay, and the Tivoli Terrace pool.
At the ground level of the Luau condominium towers is plush landscaping which leads to the 4,000 square foot lagoon-style salt water pool (seasonally heated), kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), community grilling and picnic area.
Just 250 yards away are the pristine sugar white sandy beaches and emerald green waters. The entrance to the beach is adjacent to the Beach House restaurant where you can order delicious food and drink and listen to live music while watching the waves roll in.
Also don’t forget to visit the Sunset Deck on the 20th floor of the Luau in tower 1 which offers panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay to the Gulf of Mexico to the Tops’l Preserve.
The master bedroom condo has 1.5 baths and a full kitchen with appliances, a dining room that seats 6, wraparound balcony with picnic table, washer and dryer. The studio condo has a kitchenette, full bathroom, king bed, and 2 twin beds (a couch with a pull-out trundle). Also includes three 55” TVs in every room.

The cutest condo! Really clean & was in a great location. It wasn’t too far to the beach access at all. Our stay was just perfect here! The two units worked out great for our group. The host was very welcoming and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again!

The location to nearby attractions was perfect!
The bedding was SO comfortable! The condo had all of the details.. it was so cute from the kitchen decor to the balcony lights! The view from the dining area was perfect for the sunset! We would stay here again!

San Destin beachside is gorgeous. Getting around is easy and convenient. Baytown is awesome. We stay here all the time and even multiple times a year.
