About this house rental
Location and location,best location of the lake lure,close to grocery store Ingles,lakelure beach,Zip-line is few minutes away,chimney rock village and all shopping ,restaurants,state park is 5 minutes away,walk distance to the restaurant Lake front Bar and Grill. This beautiful lakefront house sits in the best cove -tryon bay circle which is quite,safe and “A No Wake zone
it is just like a big swimming pool,it has so much to do outside,swimming,kayak,fishing,hiking (lots of hiking trails around),visit lake lure beach (movie Dirty Dance” filmed),chimney rock state park.
We provide linens, towels,silverwares,dishes,pans and pots..
you will need to bring your own coffee,our coffee maker is Keurig,we have high speeding internet,WiFi,smart TVs,no problem with remote work,you can stream with your own account.
Our cell phone is Verizon and have good signal down the lake.

Master bedroom,on the first floor,attached master bathroom and also #2 bedroom share the bathroom,modern queen size bed,foam memory mattress,smart TV.
BEDROOM #2
On the first floor,share the bathroom with master bedroom,one single bed,one bunk bed.
BEDROOM #3
It is on the lowest floor with it own entrance,it is NOT connected from the top floor,FULL size bed,attached full bathroom,TV,there is window unit for heating and cooling in bathroom
KITCHEN
It is on the second floor,door open to the front porch,full kitchen,dishwasher,coffee maker-Keurig,toaster,pots and pans,silverware
“Lake house restaurant bar and grill” is right on the corner,you can walk there or swim ,kayak,boat there-：），they have dock for your boat,kayaks and you can just sit in your boat and they come to your boat to serve you,is that cool?😊
it is very convenient location to lake luke beach,Golf course,chimney rock state park,restaurants,grocery store and shopping park,Hickory nut falls…read a book on the deck with a big tree above for shade or just sit on the front porch and deck watching boats,kayaks come by!!
It is self check in with key pads,we will provide the access code the day of your arrival,there are 2 parking spaces available,also there is place for docking your own boat(if you bring your own boat),also there are places to rent a boat near by(Lake Lure Adventure Company, Lake Lure / Washburn Marina).
****TRASH ****
Very important,we have been have the problems with bears get into the trash,we the water level is lowerbought a BEAR RESISTANT trash bin,it is on the top next to the parking lot,Please leave the trash in the house,our clean crew will take care of if you have short stay with not too much trash.
You MUST MUST PRESS THE LID TO LOCK THE TRASH CAN,CHECK IF IT IS LOCKED if you have long stay or too much trash

The listing states there are four bedrooms consisting of two queens, one double, and one twin but there were not. The house is only three bedrooms, one of which is only accessible by exiting the house and going downstairs to a basement bedroom with a double bed with sheets that were too small for the bed. One of the other two bedrooms had a queen bed, and the last bedroom had a set of bunkbeds and a twin bed. We were missing the top sheet on the twin bed, but I contacted them and they dropped one off right away.
The inside of the house was fairly clean, but the deck and outside areas were not clean at all. There was dirt, mold and spiderwebs all over the outside of the house and deck area. The cushions on the furniture of the screened in porch were stained and dirty.
There was a gas grill and we were able to use it but the portable gas fire pit was out of gas and unable to be used. The bottom of the wooden gate at the top of the dock was rotted to the point the hinges had come off.
The location of the home inside a cove at Lake Lure was wonderful - not a lot of boat traffic and even the boats that came in the cove were restricted with a no wake zone so it was great for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.
Would not recommend for very young children or seniors due to the amount of very steep stairs to get in and out of the house.
