Your well-deserved relaxing and fun getaway awaits in this newly renovated cabin centrally located in a peaceful quiet family neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, to the stores and to eateries in downtown OOB, and the best Pier and Amusements in Maine. This newly renovated 1-bedroom cozy cabin is perfect for those looking to spend a peaceful and lovely time near the white sand in Old Orchard Beach. Access to a trail is located at the end of our street which is great for hiking and biking through the beautiful Maine countryside. Inside the cottage, you'll be comfortable too with a comfortable bed, A/C, a Smart TV, and free WIFI. Enjoy many nearby eateries or cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or stop by the market for cooked lobsters that is just around the corner. Better yet, relax with a book on the front porch or catch some sun in the small outdoor space. There's a gas grill for your use. Parking for one vehicle in the designated spot for your unit is available. This convenient location makes it easy and interesting to walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, and pharmacy, and grocery stores.
7-night minimum preferred, Saturday-Saturday, during the months of June-September. One dog may be approved, written approval is required, most breeds will be considered, no puppies. A separate pet fee will be charged and must comply with the pet policy.
A beach buggy along with two beach chairs and two beach towels will be available to you for your use during your stay.
Now a few rules: This location is in a quiet family neighborhood, and excessive noise or parties are not permitted. No smoking inside. No firecrackers and/or fireworks or loud music at any time is permitted.

Quiet street beautifully equipped cottage. Very nice kitchen. Comfortable bed. The front deck is comfortable for a lunch or dinner. Easy to get to the pier and fun views at night!

I was really impressed that the place was so clean and it smelled great,the minute I walked in.It looked exactly like the photo and I had one parking spot that was not a problem. As you know, parking is limited in old orchard beach. I liked that it was a dead end Street, so there wasn't a lot of traffic. The place was well stocked as far as toilet paper, paper towels. The towels were very luxurious as far as my review, white soft and fluffy.Yes, the shower is small, but you know what you are only in there for a minute, the water was nice and hot. I was able to easily communicate with my host, and they were very responsive. I would definitely book this again and recommend it.

The property was okay but the fence isn’t there anymore!
It was not dog friendly for a big dog, maybe a little dog..
The dog park is close but mostly dirt. There was construction
going on outside my window all week, so I couldn’t sleep in.
Overall we made it work.
