DEAR GUEST! PLEASE FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES:
-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA don’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions.
-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.
-This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

With a fully equipped kitchen, living room. Welcome for family or personal business travel. This is a residential neighborhood. Our goal is to make you feel right at home.

The house was immaculate. Roomy, comfortable, with a great kitchen. I recommend this property. The thing I wasn't happy about was that . . . . . although this is a 4 bedroom property; they charge a fee if you have more than 2 people staying there. I've traveled all over the world and this is the first time I've encountered such a fee.

Upon arrival at the location we went through our normal inspection of the house. We found the kitchen not very clean. Something had been spilled on the refrigerator/freezer doors, the outside of the dishwasher was dirty, cabinets doors has spots, a dirty kitchen towel was neatly folded on the stove and the counter tops had not been cleaned. The back screen door was missing the lower screen/window panel and all four outdoor patio chairs were ripped and not usable. The main floor bathroom had hair on the floor by the toilet and sink. We were unable to get the Xfinity service to work and one of the TVs in an upstairs bedroom did not work. I contacted the owner on Friday night and he sent someone out on Sunday to clean, get the Xfinity working and bring patio chairs. A person did come out and got Xfinity working. They did NOT clean anything and did not bring new chairs. I spoke with that person on the phone and they indicated they would bring chairs later. I stated it wasn't a big deal at that point as we were busy the rest of the time and wouldn't be using them at that point. It would have been nice to have them on Saturday though. Listing indicated Bedroom 1 - King Bed; Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed; Bedroom 3 & 4 - 2 Twin Beds each. In reality there were 3 rooms with a Queen in each and 1 room with 2 Twin beds. House felt like it was recently "flipped" and a new listing on VRBO. Better options for the same money available in the area.
