Spread across three floors, the thoughtfully appointed interior boasts all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Cozy up by one of two fireplaces after fun-filled days on the water!
Three comfy bedrooms plus three-and-a-half baths ensure your whole group can relax and restore. The loft and living area sofa bed provide additional sleeping space. Central AC and a private washer/dryer add convenience during your stay.
As part of the Pelican Perch complex on the canal, you’ll also have access to a dock and outdoor pool during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, 2 car garage, small but sufficient pool, comfortable home with 3 floors of living space, but needed a good deep cleaning. We were thankful to have it for a last minute reservation and if it were cleaner I’d recommend it in a heartbeat.

The place was nice but the whirlpool was broken. After several calls no one came out to fix any of the other issues. Talk to customer service yesterday still waiting on a callback!!!

This was one of our best family vacations! The house is gorgeous and in the best location to still be close enough to the excitement but enjoy the peace and quiet at the same time. Very clean and supplied with more than we could even think of needing! The entire property is well maintained and clean and so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!!
