The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have stayed at several units in this complex. This one was the most nicely renovated and decorated.I also liked that there were herbs and spices in the kitchen.The pool / hot tub / racketball building is great, but less chlorine in the pool would be nice.

We would come back every year if we could! The location was quiet with beautiful views, but still close to the mountains and everything we needed in town. The home was so comfortable. It was the perfect place to come back and relax. We also visited the club house for a post ski hot tub. The kitchen had more than enough supplies for us to eat in if we wanted to. Our kids enjoyed the board games and puzzles. Definitely need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in the winter. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo, well equipped kitchen with basics for cooking. I appreciated not having to purchase oil viniger, sugar,etc.
Bedding was very comfortable with thick duvet in the master. Again, soap and shampoo were supplied.
My only problem was controlling the temperature in the bedrooms. And it is a long way up the hill from main road. AWD was needed during a snow event. Otherwise very nice place. Clubhouse had pool table, ping pong, foosball sauna and hot tubs.

Condo was nice and as advertised but communication with Vacasa, the management company was terrible.
