Cozy and spacious, this home is set on a large one-acre lot in the heart of Union Pier. With beach access right down to the road, your family will want to return year after year. This welcoming home features multiple living areas, two well-equipped full kitchens, a screened-in gazebo, and a spacious, grassy yard — perfect for outdoor activities. Meet up for movie nights in the open living area with plush furnishings or downstairs in the full-filled game room and challenge your friends and family to a game of ping-pong, foosball, or pool. After a long day out, relax in the private hot tub and recount your day's adventures as the stars come out.
Two of the five bedrooms can be found on the main floor. Each bedroom on this floor includes private access to the wrap-around deck and a shared bathroom just off the hallway. Upstairs, guests will find the other three bedrooms and a shared half bathroom.

No parties, large gatherings, or events

Property was very clean and had all the necessities, including ample supplies (first aide station too). Big yard and a grill for cookouts. Very close to red arrow and a short walk to the beach. Kids especially loved the game room downstairs! A little bit of a quirky layout, but everything you need to have a great time in UP.

Nice area, and a short walk to beach. Beach was nice. Had a leak during a rainstorm and management showed up promptly. Biggest issue is there was no designated recycling trash can.

Our family had a great vacation at the Townline House. It is a very short walk from a restaurant, deli, bakery, gelato shop, and several other businesses. The nearby Townline Beach is a real gem. The house itself has all you need and the outdoor areas are remarkable. My only complaint would be that the mattresses are rather uncomfortable. All in all, we had a fun and restful time at the Townline House in Union Pier. I would highly recommend a stay here.
