About this cabin rental
Once you arrive at The Landing Spot, you'll know you are in the right place. This lake cabin sits on the northeast side of the east bay of Clearwater Lake. The property has roughly 70 feet of lake shore and is quietly nestled on the hilltop offering spectacular views of the lake.
The cabin has an open floor plan. You will be able to relax comfortably during your stay. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a 40" HDTV. The second bedroom boasts a double bed and single over twin bunk bed and includes a Smart TV for the kids and adults. The lower level, while unfurnished, provides a washer and dryer for use. A reverse osmosis system (RO) and water softener were recently installed for cleaner/safer water.
Talk to your friends and family while they relax at the table as you prepare meal in the kitchen with several modern day appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator w/ice maker and RO water dispenser). Or you can simply enjoy the views of the lake as you grill and dine on the patio.
There is plenty of room to unwind in the living room while you watch the 55' smart HDTV or stream music. The Landing Spot has free WiFi available. Streaming services such as DirecTV, Hulu/Disney/ESPN+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV are all included.
At just shy of one acre, you'll have plenty of space to park and participate in outdoor activities. Relax near the fire after a day on the water or enjoying a round of golf at one of the nearby courses. The Landing Spot has outdoor games available such as ladder golf and corn hole. And inside, find plenty of board games and puzzles for the kids.
The opportunity to enjoy the water is the highlight of staying at The Landing Spot. Clearwater lake is one of the top lakes in Minnesota boasting 3,500 acres of beaty and recreation. Great for fishing, water skiing, or just cruising. A large Maui Mat and spacious dock are available for recreational use. The owner also has a 23' R-Series 2019 Bennington Pontoon with a 300 hp outboard motor for rent upon request (experienced boaters only please). The public access is close by for ease of launching your own boat with plenty of dock space for mooring, or you can just pull up on the sandy beach.
Recent upgrades and additions include water softener, RO drinking water system, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker... and for the kids and adults, a springless trampoline and basketball hoop.

We had a great time at the cabin. Joe was a great host. Little things like help yourself to the garden, s’mores and coffee . A nice personal touch to our stay. Grandkids love the dock area and the lake was super clear. No dog days on Clearwater lake. We will be back!

Nice place on the water. Caught several nice bass. Quite a few steps down to dock.
