This is a spacious four-bedroom townhouse right on the beach. You'll have a large beach-side deck where you can savor your first cup of morning coffee in the fresh sea air. This home is furnished with a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and more. Guests enjoy beautiful ocean views from this direct oceanfront townhouse. While there is no access to the rooftop sundeck, there is a large oceanfront balcony off of the living room connected by a stairway to another deck on the ground level. The home is neatly furnished with everything you will need to have a fabulous vacation in Ocean City!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the entirety of our stay. The condo is perfectly located north OC and the views are amazing. Close walk to seafood, ice cream, pizza and donuts. Very family friendly. Loved it...

Amazing being able to fall asleep so close to the oven you can hear the waves crashing subtly all night. Super relaxing! Amazing views, 50 steps from the beach, and private entry to the beach! Amazing place!

Unfortunately, the unit was not properly cleaned. For example, the toilets were so filthy that it did not appear that they had been cleaned in weeks. Some simple maintenance could be improved. For example, the doors for the shower in the MB need to be fixed and the shower head ought to be replaced. Aside from those things, the location of the unit was perfect and all of us enjoyed our stay there.
