About this cottage rental
This is the 1st in our set of 4 connected Cottages. It is a Double End Unit closest to our entrance & Main Street for easy access. Featuring 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed & 2 Trundle Single Beds). There is a loft suitable for children accessible by ladder upon request at no charge and an electric fireplace. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea (we provide the firewood) and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults & 2 Children with the Loft.
We provide beach passes, kayaks, bicycles, and paddleboards for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
The kitchenette features a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc.
We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies).
We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.
We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.

In addition to everything this property offers we found there was a nearby 12mile bike trail that goes through the woods passing lakes on the the route, and bikes were available at the property.

Was so happy to have early check in. Very cute accommodations and had everything we needed. The only thing that we didn’t expect was to be so cold at night. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed the kitchenette (even though it was small and a bit outdated). Location was very convenient. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our vacation.
