This eighth floor 1BR is also close to delicious restaurants, including Doc’s Beach House Bar and Grill right across the street.
Pour a glass of wine and head out to the private screened lanai, where you can soak in the beach views. Completely remodeled in 2017, the home has gorgeous floors, high-end lighting, and all new furnishings.
With the ocean spread out before you, the views don’t get much better than on the private screened lanai -- a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets.
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the views from inside the living room as well. Spend quiet evenings lounging on the chic gray couch and watching movies on the 48” flat screen TV with DVD player. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa for two extra guests.
The kitchen makes cooking a pleasure with ample prep space on the granite counters. You’ll love the mosaic tile backsplash and beachy gray wood-grain tile floors. Start your day with a cup of coffee and the paper at the high-top glass table with room for four.
With one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, the condo sleeps four comfortably. The bedroom boasts a queen bed outfitted with a plush headboard and luxurious bedding. It also has a walk-in closet and dresser for storage. Crisp and modern, the full bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of extra storage for linens.
The complex has a shared parking lot and each unit has two designated spots. Parking permits are available from the rental office located in the main lobby.
Just across the street from Bonita Beach, you’re just a 5-minute walk from sand and surf. The beach has amenities like restrooms, picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and a playground. If you’re looking for an adventure, there are jet ski and kayak rentals available. The area is also home to several challenging golf courses, including the Audubon Country Club, just 6 minutes away.

It was very nice to be able to walk right over to the beach & Doc’s beach house right across the street. Only complaint is that i did message about the tennis courts and they encouraged me to bring tennis stuff when they had no tennis courts as they were ripped up or in construction. This was a major let down for us!! otherwise, everything was fine.

It was a great little place, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Wish there were curtains on the window to block out the sunlight in the morning . But we would stay again!!
