About this house rental
Conveniently located just minutes from I-75 in the quiet Twin Cove area.
This 3400 sq ft home boasts three levels of space for your family and friends to spread out and enjoy. The two covered decks filled with comfy, casual seating allow you to enjoy the surroundings in this quiet cove even if the weather doesn't cooperate. Wall to wall windows bring the lake view in while preparing yummy meals in this gourmet well stocked kitchen, or while playing games in the lower-level party zone.
The dock has one covered boat slip, space to tie up an additional boat, two jet ski ports, and swim platform. Only 2 minutes from a free boat ramp! This quiet cove with its deep waters will also give hours of play time for the kids to dive into the water or soak up the sun on the deck. We've provided four kayaks with oars and a paddle board to explore the area. (Life jackets are not included but must be worn at all times if using the kayak or paddle board.)
The main level is a great landing space for everyone to gather, with a kitchen that is big enough for more than one chef. There is plenty of seating for those to sit as a spectator and enjoy a beverage while contributing to great conversation and lasting memories.
The main level Master bedroom has great access to the excitement indoors as well as outdoors with its own private deck escape. It includes an on-suite bathroom with double sinks and jetted tub.
We've even thought of the little's in your family, by providing a pack & play, highchair, plastic sippy cups/dishes and silverware, as well as baby gates to ensure they don't wander too far.
Need more quiet space? Head on up to the upper level where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths!
Bedroom #1 has 2 Queens and 2 twins along with its own separate entrance from the outdoors.
Bedroom #2 has 1 King and 1 full bed.
Bedroom #3 has 1 King and 1 twin bed (1 twin mattress in the closet as well).
On the lower level you can fill your evenings with fun and entertainment. No one should say they're bored here! Bar with pub seating to play games or watch the game on the big screen, pool table, board games, Golden Tee arcade game, and comfy seating with an additional TV.
Master bedroom located on the lower level has 1 King bed (1 roll away bed and 1 full mattress in the closet) with a full bath.
Don't own a boat? That's ok! We are just minutes from Twin Cove Marina where you can rent all the water toys you need!
Like to venture into the mud instead of the water? Check out the North Cumberland OHV Riding Area for loads of fun!
You can enjoy the changing leaves and frosted trees while being just 30 minutes from Knoxville for entertainment, and just an hour from Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains. Plenty of hiking trails nearby, as well as boat tours to enjoy the fall foliage from the water. Norris also offers horseback riding where you will enjoy the scenic views and historic civil war areas that surround Lake.

Depending on how fast the TVA (the controller of the water level) lowers the lake, our dock may be inaccessible. Due to the changing water levels during this time, there may not be boat access to our dock from September-May.

The host was very welcoming, the house had all the amenities we needed. She gave us good information about what was available and she could be contracted if a need came up. The house was as described we were very satisfied.

The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for our 4 families. The cove is perfect for relaxing and swimming without the need to take the boat out all day.Cori is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We all had a great time and everyone has so many wonderful memories of our trip.Cindy

We traveled to Caryville, TN to attend a graduation. Our whole family went with us. This property was perfect for all ages. There is a dock for water fun, arcade games and pool table. Close to town and not a bad drive at all. Only downside was there is a lot of stairs but every level has a bathroom. Property was beautiful. Would highly recommend! Host were very helpful too.
