Cozy home 5 min from the beach !

Property was nice. Close to the dock and other attractions. Would stay here again when in the area.

This house was very spacious and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location either! We would go out and explore, hop back on the interstate, and be right there. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. It is beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. We absolutely loved the large kitchen table for us to dine as a family. The hot tub was a nice surprise. The kids loved spending the evenings in it. The living room furniture was so comfortable! Now I want leather furniture for home! The beds were also super comfy, but could definitely benefit from nicer pillows. The ones on our bed were the kind that you have to put two or three together to equal one. The only down side was that the listing itself says 3 bedrooms. However, when you scroll down to the details, it says 4 bedrooms. We specifically booked this house so each of our children would have their own rooms. Unfortunately, it was only 3 bedrooms. But honestly, it was spacious enough that it wasnt too big of a deal. Overall, this is a beautiful home that we would definitely stay at again. Thank you for having us.

Hosts were responsive, house was clean and well equipped. Neighborhood safe and quiet, and walkable. With that said the stay had some negatives unfortunately. First night we had mice on the counter eating the food we had just purchased. Hosts had exterminator come. The electric stove very old with coils on stove top that were so warped unable to cook properly. And refrigerator leaked from freezer into main compartment. I needed to put a bowl in refrigerator area. Hosts did order new refrigerator and stove. Next our hot water was turned off. We initially thought it was an electrical issue. But after host informed us that we had a propane tank for hot water. When propane company came out we were told it was shut off for nonpayment. Host said it was an auto-payment error. Lastly our water was turned off because water company said it was shut off for non-payment; host said it was auto-payment error. Maybe because all these issues have been addressed you will have an uneventful stay. We did stay for the scheduled 3 months because we were unable to schedule a stay at another location close to my grandchildren with my two dogs and also the hosts are very responsive and extremely nice.
