These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone/pad areas pool slides, playgrounds, and a gym as well as much more!
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25-year-olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with children aged 0 -100 are welcome!

This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A Keurig Coffee Maker as well as a drip coffee maker for those who need the boost in the morning!
The open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV, or dipping in and out of the private pool!
- The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom.
- The master suite on the 2nd floor has a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with his and hers sink.
- The third bedroom has a queen bed
- Bedroom four has 2 x twin beds
Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom meaning plenty of room for all the family.
- Each bedroom has its own TV and cable channels
This home has its own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space with loungers chairs. Fully equipped laundry and high-speed free wi-fi are also available.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $35 per day taxes included 5 days is the minimum payment is $175 (5 days) but heating can be requested for stays shorter than 5 days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options.

The Hideaway - Clubhouse:

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close at 8 pm daily.
- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9 pm.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre-arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.

This is by far the best property we have ever rented! It looked exactly the pictures! Beautiful, super clean and up-to-date! For the price we just wished they would leave at least a couple complimentary Keurig coffee cups with cream and sugar at least for the first day. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing! DEFINITELY will try to make this our permanent family vacation home when we come to Orlando!

We had a great time. Check in was very simple. The unit was clean, and as listed. The quieter of the two pools is only a short walk from the condo, which was perfect for us! We would definitely stay again.

The rental home was as described on the listing. It’s within a 12 to 15 minute drive to Disney World!
However there are some things that could be improved/fixed. The couch had a broken leg and therefore we were unable to use it. They have a keurig coffee maker, a 5 cup traditional coffee maker, and a 12 cup coffee maker. However the 12 cup carafe was missing and we had to make two pots of coffee using the small coffee maker for two people. The pots and pans were excessively scratched and small for a rental home for 8 people. The rental has a weird smell it’s between a musty rat smell, and a sting bomb. You can smell it as you enter the house but the smell is the strongest in the downstairs room specially the closet. The dishwasher was loose. I did mention these concerns to the property manager and advised for them to replace/ fix problems.
