Another great bonus of this unbeatable location is being only one block from Big Fish & Arenas restaurants as well as a bus stop with drop-offs at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, and Ocean City.
This well-appointed, two-story retreat is perfect for families, small groups of friends, and couples. Enjoy a comfortable open floor plan with a colorful living room with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player, a dining area with a gorgeous five-person glass table, and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a drip coffee maker. Meals can take place at the dining table indoors or on the screened-in patio, at the outdoor dining area. Treat your loved ones to tasty grilled treats (patties and veggies) using the gas grill available on the patio. This air-conditioned retreat has two levels. Aside from the main living space, the first floor offers a comfortable bedroom, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a half bathroom. The location and size of the property was good. Check in time could be one hour earlier and check out time one hour later. There was no flexibility with these hours. The downstairs toilet does not appear to be installed properly as it rocks back and forth on the base. The home could benefit from a heavy cleaning.

Location of this condo is great, easy to hop on the bus to the beach, and the donut shop is nearby! I was surprised that the entire condo didn’t look as good as it does in the photo; the quilt in the master bedroom was replaced with a old blanket; the rugs were old too, but I guess that’s ok since dogs are allowed, probably don’t want really nice rugs. It suited our purposes but I probably would not rent again, certainly not at the price I paid.

Overall, house was comfortable, very clean, good neighborhood and appreciated being able to bring my daughter's dog with us. Rental company, Vacasa, was great to deal with...responsive and easy to communicate with. There was an issue with the downstairs tv that we couldn't solve due to our schedule (couldn't be available at the house for a repair person to come out) but they will get it figured out before the next tenant. Also disappointed that there was no bike available as in the listing.

Clean and an 8 minute drive to the beach - less without traffic. The community pool was a few doors down and a nice touch.
