The bright main floor features an open-concept layout with modern essentials. Plush leather sofas in the living area are centered around a large smart TV. The full kitchen boasts high-grade, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing family-style meals. Wraparound glass sliders open up to the enclosed pool deck, with lounge chairs, a patio table, and a grill for alfresco dining. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the pool, and in the evening, head into the converted-garage game room for some fun and friendly competition with foosball and ping-pong.
The laundry room, a second living area, and a balcony are upstairs.
All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. A half-bath between the dining area and game room can also be accessed directly from the pool deck.
THINGS TO KNOW
The pool can be heated upon request from October through May for a minimum of three days.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a non-functional camera above the outside entrance.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was fantastic! It did lack on bath towels and kitchen supplies like pots and pans. The location and neighborhood was great! We even were able to talk to the main resort and was given access cards for the gym which was a HUGE PLUS!

Beautifu,l clean and quiet home. Nice neighborhood. My family and I had a great time and we will visit again very soon.

This home was beautiful and clean however none of the tv's worked and if fact most were not even plugged into the digital box. I called however it was never remedied despite calling and notifying vacasa. It didn't ruin our vacation but I choose a home large enough for my boys to have their own room with a tv to chill in the evening after a busy day and that isn't what I got. Will rethink using Vacasa again due to the lack of accountability.
