Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and spacious condo. Beautiful views.
We have stayed here 2 years in a row and will probably stay again!
Tip for Owner: Consider purchasing an ice maker for the unit.
Tip for Vacasa. Please provide more parking passes or a way to purchase them ahead of time. 2 Passes for a 4 bedroom condo is inadequate. We had to leave our beach time to drive and purchase more passes so that our cars wouldn't be towed.

Beautiful condo with lots of space for a toddler and all the "stuff" that goes along with them as well as beautiful views!

The fridge/freezer was not working properly when we arrived however they did arrive the next day and fixed the issue! I felt we should have been compensated for the food we lost! We had to go and get ice to try to save the food we had bought! This wasn’t the way we wanted to start our vacation!
