MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. Base price includes the first 6 guests; additional charge for each guest thereafter. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT..
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.
PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible.
PET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines:
-Must remain under handler control at all times.
-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose)
-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
-Must be house broken.
Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee.
USE OF GRILL: Grill is located in the pool area and is complimentary all Brightwater Blue guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home looked exactly like the pictures, was clean, the host was fantastic and a wonderful vacation spot for us. The views from all the balcony were spectacular and the location was just a quick walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

It isn't often you can stay at a tranquil home AND a convenient location that allows you to walk to everything - but you can here! It was relaxing for the adults and fun for the teen-agers - perfect combination! Every level of the home offers a beautiful water view and places your mind into relaxation mode immediately upon entering. Waking up to dolphins playing every morning started each day off perfectly. Anything and everything is included in the home that you could possible need from kitchen accessories to blankets to use for comfortable naps on the large couch, and a wagon to haul items to the beach. They offer the perfect amenities to step right into a vacation.As a decorator, I greatly appreciated all of the beautiful items placed throughout the home and the comfortable furniture and beds. It was obvious a lot of thought went into the desire to provide a grand experience to guests.The neighbors are friendly, and the short walk to the beautiful pool is very convenient as well - the spa was the perfect way to wrap up our evenings.I greatly appreciated the quick and open communication for booking and any questions that we had during the stay. Excellent experience! Helpful feedback: As a renter, parking is in the garage so just be sure you don't have an "extended length" SUV or similar as it won't fit (regular sizes do). Coastal Bliss deserves more than 5 stars!

My family and my parents spent 5 days at this rental. The location was quiet and was not a far walk to the beach. The rental was clean, and had ample space for everybody. I especially loved having access to a garage and not having to leave our vehicles outside. The outdoor spaces and docks were great for watching sunsets if we were already off the beach. The pool was great in the evenings. The only negative we found, was the condition of some of the amenities. One pool cue was broken, and the other had no felt on the tip. The ping pong table, which sits on the pool table, had no net. We improvised and used rolled up towels. There was a door knob broken in one of the guest rooms, and the cabinet door on the entertainment center under the TV was broken. When we tried to open it to get games out, the door came completely off. Also, one of the beach wagons had a broken handle and couldn't be used, and one of the beach chairs was broken. None of these made our stay unbearable, but I felt that for the cost, we wouldn't have found so many things broken. I did contact the listing manager to make them aware, and we received a quick response. We loved the property, it just seemed as if maybe the property owner hadn't been by in a while to check on the status of everything. Overall, it was still a great property, fantastic location and good communication with owner.
