➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.
➤ We're located near the intersection of McDaniel St and Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, 1 mile east of the West End MARTA station. Please note that there may be occasional train noise due to the property's proximity to the railway. Please review the location and make sure that it will work for you before booking. Mechanicsville is in a transitional area of town. Expect to see houses close together, people walking around outside, and the occasional smoker. If any of those things make you uncomfortable please book elsewhere.
➤ There's a $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
➤ This is a multiplex property. Please be advised that there may be noise from other tenants/guests from the other unit. We cannot control the actions of other individuals and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
➤ We do not have a washer and dryer provided
➤ Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $100 and those with large productions start at $300.
➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and security cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.
➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.

We were attending a competition at the GA world Congress Center, and this was super close. It was as advertised and met our needs. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond, and they made gaining access easy with a personalized code that was familiar to you. Checkout requirements were minimal, and the bathroom was well stocked. We would stay again.

This was the first time in years that I stayed by myself. My husband wanted me to go to a hotel but I wanted to be some where that felt like home. The place was EXACTLY like the photos. I felt like I was in my own little paradise. I was having problems with getting the tv to work and the internet. I just called the owner and right away they not only answered the phone, but stayed on the phone with me until the issue was solved. Then called back to make sure everything was working ok. Customer services was A+++!
My only problem was it was on the 2nd floor and I had to carry everything up the stairs and I have knee problems. So I just made sure that once I came in I was in the for night.
The location is close to everything! I went to the grocery store that was only 10 minutes away. Restaurants that I wanted to try because I had seen them on some reality shows were only 15 minutes away. The location was perfect!
I would definitely pick this place to stay at again next time I go to Atlanta. I just know now to make sure I have my husband with me to carry everything up the stairs. lol . Perfect!
