Rent this newly modernized first floor 2 bedrooms+den, 2 bathrooms Veranda with golf course view in a gated community. Walking distance to the clubhouse, gym, tennis and golf. There are 7 Har-Tru Lighted tennis courts an pro shop, new pickle ball courts. The clubhouse offers casual and fine dining, billiards, card room, full locker rooms, lounges, and the Golf Pro Shop. Nearby is the Fitness Center with yoga, pilates, aqua gym and exercise machines, free weights, and a personal trainer at your disposal (extra charge). Resort Style pool and spa. The Cabana has service for a quick snack or sandwich and your favorite beverage. Many walking and cycling paths are available. 5th Ave with its fine dining and shopping are just a short drive away. Heritage Bay has a championship golf course, which offers 27 challenging holes designed by Gordon Lewis and Paul Azinger. This club also includes an aqua range. Set within acres of natural preserves and beautiful lakes; make this course nothing shy of spectacular.

This is our winter home. We enjoy it so much, we rent it for others who want to enjoy Naples. We take great care in the entire property and we ask all guests to do the same.

The condo was spotless when we arrived, kitchen is well equipped. Tastefully decorated as shown on the pictures, even cosier in reality. Very quiet and large gated community with very nice staff all around (gate, pool, clubhouse). Even though it was pretty busy on the streets outside the community (despite "low season") we could relax every time we drove back inside. There were usually just a few people at the clubhouse pool and often nobody on the smaller pool right around the corner. When we came home in the evening we saw raccoons, rabbits, armadillos and pretty impressive deer lying next to the street. We also enjoyed that there opened up a lot of new restaurants just outside the gate. All in all we really recommend this place.

Nice, clean and comfortable condo. Everything was in a good shape. Easy communication with the host. We really enjoyed our stay in Heritage Bay.

Our family had an amazing time!
The condo was very clean & had everything we needed. The golf, community pool and cabana was so nice! We already booked for next season. Would highly recommend.
