This beautiful Sanibel condo is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath suite located across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a boardwalk to the beach with benches, a restroom, a volleyball net, and a shower. Gulf Shores is full of family activities that include golf, fishing, restaurants, a water park, a zoo, movies, and mega outlet shopping. The 28-foot-long balcony is perfect for relaxing while enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf waters. There are four armchairs with ottomans and tables and chairs on the balcony. You'll have the Gulf Of Mexico to the south and Little Lagoon to the north, so everyone can find lots of things to do. Bike riding and walking are available everywhere, with riding trails out the front and back of the unit.

This property is excellent. The view, although across the road, is wonderful. The property was extremely clean and matched the photos on the website. Would gladly stay here again.

Everything was beautiful from the walk-in to the walk out! Everything you need is right there inside the condo as well as close by!! Any questions you have are answered quickly! Thank you for a beautiful condo with all the comfort and amenities promised! I had friends and family with me and was there for my daughter‘s bachelorette weekend with her friends and family only nine short minute walk away..:: very happy, very grateful💗 5+ stars

Not terrible, but cleaning could use some extra effort. Pretty grimy in areas. Toilet areas need a thorough scrub, baseboards, etc. Mold developing on ceiling in master bath. Washing machine has mold in it, smells awful. Sheets on master bed are wrong size…bed is super king but sheets are king, put on sideways. Tile floor was very sticky throughout condo, could not go in bare feet. Just some extra TLC could be had…..or new cleaners??
