Welcome to Flatonia!
This home has recently undergone complete restoration.
Two bedrooms, each furnished with a plush California King bed.
Two full bathrooms.
Living, dining, and full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Smart televisions in each bedroom and in living room.
High quality wireless internet throughout.
The home sits on a completely fenced and gated private one half acre lot with plenty of room for fun and games (croquet, badminton, and bocce ball sets stocked in home as well as indoor games)!
Outdoor Grill.
Recently installed landscaping (soon to be lush and full of flowers).
Hot tub!
We love our customers!...and your pets...please note that pets are allowed and should be attended. The fence around the majority of the property is 5' high, while the fence around the front yard is only 3' high.
If your pet is over 50lbs please contact us. We are happy to make exceptions whenever possible!
Smoking allowed outdoors only!

Concierge services; need tickets to the Friday evening movies, info about and tickets to area events..? We've got you covered!

Tammy was so kind, and easy to communicate with. Her home is charming, incredibly clean and tastefully updated. All the details have been thought of. I appreciated the air filters in several rooms as I have allergies. Again, it was all so clean and feels very recently renovated! Loved having a drink on the front porch and all the natural light inside. The claw foot tub was wonderful, and I loved the record player. I felt safe staying there by myself, and the automatic gate was nice to park in. Thanks again!

Wow, this place was more than I expected. It looked good from the ad but the attention to detail and decor was a home run. Everything we needed was there, beds were super comfortable and the whole place was immaculate. Huge gated back yard area and tons of extras. Will stay again for MS 150 (2026)

The home is indeed beautifully restored and has lots of character and charm. It was fully stocked with necessities, and the inside was very clean and well decorated. I truly appreciate the super comfortable bed, and the swivel chairs in living room were super comfy too - perfect to relax in and read. The curtains were not only very nice detailing but also blocked out light to allow us to sleep late. The furniture on front porch and back sitting area needed cleaning, we were unable to find a broom to clean them and the area off so we shook them off as best we could to enjoy the outdoors. The home provides added security with its private gated entrance which was a bonus to be secure in a gated yard. The house does front face the high traffic main road which if you are a light sleeper like me can be frustrating. Nevertheless, if you are like my husband he was able to tune it out but did agree there were quite a lot of 18 wheelers during the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed the home, all the birds and flowers within the property and it was a fun and relaxing few days.

The house is beautiful and well maintained, with lots of little attractive details. The property manager was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again.
