About this house rental
Newly built, this elegant beachfront home offers 5BR/4BA and is located on a “no cars allowed" section of pristine beach. The home boasts a private dune walkover, a magnificent chef’s kitchen, and huge Gulf-front decks. Separate living areas upstairs and downstairs each with a 65” Smart TV allow adults and kids their own space to relax. All 5 TV’s equipped with Roku devices. Bring your login information.
An outside hot/cold shower is conveniently located on the ground level along with a gas grill, picnic table and parking spaces for 4 cars. The kitchen features a huge island with seating for 8 and table for 4, an induction cooktop, 2 full sized ovens, microwave drawer, separate ice maker, under counter beverage cooler and a spacious walk-in pantry. Enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds of the gulf from this amazing home. Relax outside on one of two covered decks or stroll down the private dune walkover to sand and surf.
Please thoroughly read the Rental Agreement. The ENTIRE Agreement is strictly enforced. You and everyone in your group must comply with the rules, terms and conditions of the Agreement. Upon payment, you are acknowledging your acceptance. Any violation of rules/policies or any damage to the property will result in charges to your credit card on file.
Notification: Multiple exterior cameras on property.
Notification: Exterior doors have sensors and will alarm if left open. Keep doors closed.
You must report any non working or damaged items in house within 24 hours of check in to avoid assessment of charges to your credit card on file.
An optional accidental damage protection policy is available at the time of booking but is not connected to the property owner. You, as the renter must file any claims directly with the insurance carrier to seek reimbursement. Damage or rule violations will still be charged to your credit card.

This was a very clean and nice beachfront house with high-end furniture and appliances. The floor plan (with 2 living rooms - one downstairs and one upstairs) was perfect for our family. The children could play (and made noise) upstairs while the adults enjoyed cooking and mingling downstairs. We especially loved the kitchen with open concept and large island. The under-counter beverage chiller was a nice touch so we did not have to open the fridge all day long just to get the drinks out. The quality of the kitchen appliances and utensils were the best we had ever seen compared to other Galveston beachfront houses we used to rent. The owner was very nice and responsive and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We could tell that a lot of thoughts and pride went into designing and decorating this house. It sure made us feel like home. The private walkway to the beach also made it easier to go back and forth for snacks and drinks. We will definitely return to this house the next time we take our family vacation in Galveston.

We loved it. We stay once a year for our kids to be able to come down with grandchildren. Nicest property yet.
