If you want to spend less time in Atlanta traffic and more time discovering what ATL has to offer this is the house for you. All within 0.5 miles Tyler Perry Studios, the Belt line, popular Atlanta breweries, 7 mins from Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football HoF, 10 mins from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. With permission-we occasionally allows some small INTIMATE parties and events MAX 16 people. There is a $150 event fee for all pets, parties, events or gatherings. Please manage the noise as we do have neighbors, and if there are ANY COMPLAINTS OR VIOLATIONS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!

The house was very clean, spacious. Check-in process was easy. Our family loved our stay here, it felt very cozy and warming.

It was not as clean no paper towels no trash bags it was a nice property but we had to wipe the countertops off in the kitchen sweep I never ever rented something I had to take all the linen of the bed and put trash on the street this was a different experience for me but I would rent it again it could use a touch up on the paint and sofa need to be cleaned a big bag of laundry was left on the front porch
