* 4 Bedrooms + VERY comfortable sleeping arrangements for 11 guests
- Downstairs: Master bedroom: 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom: 1 king & 1 single
- Upstairs: Bedroom 3: 2 queens, Bedroom 4: 1 king, Loft area upstairs: 1 queen sofa bed - 7 beds total

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Everything was very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was our favorite place to hang out. We sat out by the fire pit and it was perfect for our little group. Everyone in our group loved the house and we all said we would be back to visit! It is just a couple minute drive to Main Street which was super convenient.

We were visiting Fredericksburg for some fun family time - wine/food, shopping/golfing, and exploring/hiking. The house was perfect- from location, size, decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed. We loved the evenings hanging out together roasting s’mores by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable and well supplied. The perfect location for my sister’s 40th birthday (girl’s weekend) trip. Would definitely stay here again.
