About this apartment rental
Condo with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, full kitchen, living & dining rooms, all front is patio with view straight to the sea, sunset and the port of beautiful cruises. Located in the Hotel and Business Zone, close to the Convention Center; Walmart and Sam's Club are a block across; and then Galerias Vallarta. Complex with security closed circuit and security personnel in the access. Common areas with huge pool, jacuzzi on the deck and lounge chairs. Parking space available for 1 car.
We have special rates for weekly or monthly stays. It is likely that they will not apply to already reduced rates.
In monthly stays we provide the weekly cleaning service of the condominium and the change of sheets and towels.
The place has air conditioning in rooms and living-dining area and kitchen; in the living room there is a 55" Smart TV Samsung and high-speed Wi-Fi internet so that guests can access any streaming platform to which they are subscribed, for example Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc ...

This department is shared with you entirely, we wish you to enjoy how comfortable it is and how close it is to everywhere due to its central location. Regarding the availability for you to use common areas in the complex, you can access the deck area on the first floor and enjoy the sun loungers; the pool; the jacuzzi as well as the gym facilities and bathrooms in the common areas as long as each of these are available; however, keep in mind that such areas ARE NOT UNDER OUR ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL, therefore, we DO NOT INCLUDED THEIR USE IN THE RATE; anyway, you can use them AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The grill in the area of the deck has a use on request directly to the administration of the complex and with an additional charge for its cleaning. We have parking space for a car, let me know in case you’d need it. The use of common areas is regulated by the regulations of the condominium, so you must take into account that access is not allowed to people who are not registered, and in general terms, maintain good order.

99% of our guests are wonderful and these rules are simply guidelines, because they are very respectful of our property. These rules are created for the small percentage of guests who may not be very clear on how the holiday rental apartments operate.
No guests /visitors /parties or events are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $ 250 USD.
Pets are not allowed, this as a rule from the complex.
Remember that Vallarta is a living city, in full growth and you could find construction works near the property, Restaurants or bars, with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if that were the case.
The price of this apartment includes 25 kWh of electricity per day. Making responsible use of Air Conditioning, which means using it only with the windows and doors tightly closed and not leaving it on if you leave the apartment. Each kWh exceeded will be charged at $ 7.95 pesos at the end of your stay. In Mexico the electric power has a very high price so air conditioning is a luxury that the vast majority of the population can not afford, following these indications you will almost certainly have no extra charge.
In the condominium you have a safe deposit box, it will be provided to you in open mode and that way you will have to leave it when you check out, in case of leaving it blocked there would be a charge on your account of $ 100 USD.
Internet service we hire is from the one of the largest Mexican companies ¨IZZI TELECOM¨, currently there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but no admitting any kind of claim for faults in the service.
Ask for our transportation service from the airport to the apartment, round trip and/or one way trip.

This place was ideal for us! It was clean and really no issues. Really good view looking onto the marina/cruise ships. very relaxing and comfortable. Extra pillows would be a bonus!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean and cruise ships from the large balcony! The beds were just okay, quite hard like most beds in Mexico. We appreciated the 24-hour gated building security.
The pool area is beautiful, with lounge chairs and even cabanas! It doesn't get full sun until about 1 pm (in April). The pool is huge, with shallow areas for kids.
There is a casino on the main floor. Within walking distance, there is one restaurant (Cerveceria Chapultepec), Walmart and the Galerias Vallarta Mall. We took a cab to the Marina area restaurants and Thursday night market for about 80 pesos, and to Zona Romantica for about 150 pesos.
If you are a light sleeper, the condo is very loud with traffic and birds(!), even with the doors and windows closed, because it overlooks the highway. It's possible traffic may have been substantially increased because of the Semana Santa holiday.

Small clean property that overlooks the port. Location is great right beside Walmart. It is comfortable and relaxing. Ramzy and his wife are wonderful. The only thing the unit needs is paper towel or dish towels and kleenex, otherwise it was so lovely I could have stayed there forever felt like home.
