HOUSE RULES


1. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

2. Check-in is at 3 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on patio and stairwells Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Neighborhood quiet time is 9 pm.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent, Illegal activity and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.

5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed without prior consent.

6. No pets are allowed.

7. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to owners immediately.

8. Guests have 2 hours after check in to report any issues with the unit, so they may be rectified immediately, there will be no refunds after that allotted time.

9. Must be 25 years and older to book our listing.

10. All guests must sign an additional rental contract and submit a security DEPOSIT of $1000.00 within 48 hours of booking.

11. All guests must submit drivers license upon booking.

12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with house rules. Guests who violate rules are liable for all associated damages, fees, costs, expenses and removal from property with no refund.
