Clean rooms, the location is perfect as it is located to the loop outlet mall and lots of eateries around. And most of all it is gated anf very safe.

This townhouse was clean and comfortable. There were zero signs of any bugs, which is super important to me when I am renting. The home has a beautiful view of the lake. Outside the front door is a nicely paved walking path that leads to a sitting area over the lake and then the main pool which is close enough to see from the property and easy to walk to. The pool was heated and the hot tub was large and warm! We liked that this property was in a quiet area at the end of a street and not as congested as some of the other areas. Parking spots were plentiful and never an issue to find. The home had cable TV and the Internet worked well. We used the washer and dryer daily and both did a fine job on our clothes. We only used two of the four bedrooms (both masters) and we found the beds/bedding to be very comfortable. The owner provided quite a few amenities - plenty of toilet paper, a large roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc... There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but you definitely need a car. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the communication by the owner. If we are looking for a home to rent, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. Excellent location about 20 minutes away from Disney and universal. Local to supermarkets and shops. Communication from Brett was fantastic, with clear check in instructions. Security were fab and we felt very safe on the resort. A guide book was provided about the local area and instructions for WiFi and parking which was very simple. Towels were also provided which meant we were able to bring more merchandise home with us! Overall we had an amazing trip and wouldn't hesitate to book with Brett again. Thank you so much
