The lake house near Westchase was an excellent property. There was plenty of space for a multigenerational stay with 6 adults. Check in was a breeze and communication with Ross was very timely. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. House was very nicely appointed. And lots of fun to be had between the pool, game tables and huge tv! There were just a few small and inexpensive things that needed repaired and would make the home truly perfect. The latch on screen door to the dock needs repaired, pool cues needed new tips (except one to share) and a few of the pans were really rusted and aged. Minor updates aside - don’t hesitate to book. This is truly a gem in the Tampa area. We’ll be back for sure!

Roomy and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen, large enough space for entertaining & family gatherings. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is beautiful and spacious. Sleeps 8-9. Pool is dated, but heated and there’s a pool table, new grill, and the house is very well equipped including a new air fryer. Ross, the host, is very responsive and accommodating. We had a lovely time in the private lakefront home. Convenient to everything you could possibly need.
