About this cabin rental
Lake living on some of the best waters on East Lake. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin is right on the lake and features a sand beach as well 2 docks and a dedicated boat hoist for guests to use. Low approach East Okoboji Lakeshore. The cabin has been partially remodeled with new windows, flooring, and more (450 sq ft). Walk to anywhere from this cabin! It is located behind Barn Swallow with access to best bike trails in Okoboji steps away from the cabin. You will find the Okoboji McDonalds just a 3 minute walk from the cabin. ***Boat trailer parking not permitted. 2 car parking max.

This was a great accommodation for my wife and I! We were able to use the deck, the beach, and most of all the slip! The owners were very good to work with when the vrbo app was not working. We will be staying there again!

great location on lake but the deferred maintenance of the cottage made an extended stay uncomfortable. I was greeted by a rotten deck with peeling paint, a tattered BBQ grill cover, a cheap sliding screen with no outside handle, large tears in the screen and difficult to slide. Patches of peeling paint due to mold, shabby dirty curtains that had to be pulled to guard against east sun on porch until 2:00 PM and linens that were old and thin a decade ago. The beach was filthy the first 10 days of my stay. For a superhost, the cost of the stay was too high for the return of a decent place to sleep.
